Hondex HE-2900B Echosounder

The HE-2900B is Hondex's first black box echosounder. It builds on the proven reliability and functionality of the original stand alone series, including the ability to output Depth and Hardness data to Olex 3D Seabed Mapping Chartplotters, plus the addition of Chirp technology.

To access the deeper penetration and improved resolution capabilities of Chirp, simply interface the HE-2900B to one of Hondex's new wide band transducers operating between 38-70Khz and 130-220kHz. Alternatively, the HE-2900B is also compatible with traditional 50/200kHz transducers with an output power between 1 to 3kW, making it ideal for retrofit as well as new installations. 

The black box package is ideal for anyone who is looking to pair a high performance fishery echosounder with their choice of larger display.
