I have a DST 800 and would like to upgrade to a UDST 800.What are the issues that I should take into consideration.
Is it a straight swop plug and play.
What are the electrical modifications I will need to consider.Can I compare a DST 800 wiring diagram to a USDT 800 diagram
My boat system is all B&G with triton 2 displays and Zeus S plotters

The UDST800 is an ultrasonic version of the popular DST800 and will retrofit into existing NMEA2000 networks and P617V housings. Older DST800 transducers can also utilise a P17 housing, there should be a white/silver label on the transducer cable that will confirm which type you have. If this has deteriorated and cannot be viewed, please email a photograph of the existing transducer and we should be able to identify this for you.
