Yes! Echomaster Direct has access to all the leading manufacturers of marine electronics so if you can't find what you are looking for then please contact us as we should be able to source anything that you need, all at a very competitive price!
I'm building a new boat, can you supply a complete package?
The sales team at Echomaster Direct can help you to create a bespoke electronics package for your vessel. Please contact us to discuss your individual requirements.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most items are available from stock and will be shipped within 48-hours from the time of order. Some items are shipping from oversea's and so can take slightly longer. Please check the 'lead time' section on your requested product for further information.
I need my item urgently! Can I get it on a next day service?
Yes! For items that are in stock we are able to offer a next day shipping service providing that an order is placed before 12pm. Some exclusions apply for Highlands and Islands postcodes. Please contact us to discuss an express delivery. Additional shipping costs apply.
Do you ship internationally?
Echomaster Direct is a trading company of Echomaster Marine who are a leading distributor of marine electronics within the UK & Ireland. Our distribution agreements mean that some restrictions apply to international shipping. Please contact us to discuss your requirements... if we can't ship it ourselves then we will be able to provide contact details for your local distributor.
Do you offer an installation or repair service?
Yes! All our engineers are manufacturer certified to provide you with first class installation and service support. For customers who are not local, we can also recommend an approved dealer in your own area. Please contact us for further information.
My product isn't working.... what do I do?
Our service engineers have received manufactures training for all the leading brands and so are your first point of contact when there are any problems. Most issues can be resolved with telephone support, but in the unlikely event where an item has failed within the warranty period then you will be covered under the warranty terms of the manufacturer. Items outwith the standard warranty period may be repairable, and we can even offer an upgrade program for some brands.
