Hy-Pro PC30 and PC45 Service Kit

Constant running pumps are equipped with internal return-line filters which must be changed after the first 50 hours and then annually.

Fitting instructions:

1. Drain tank

2. Undo and remove clamp ring

3. Carefully withdraw the tank taking great care not to distort the tank or damage the tank lip.

4. Undo nyloc nut to remove filter

5. Fit new filter

6. Retighten nyloc nut until filter is secure

7. Replace tank o-ring using new one provided

8. Re-fit tank : a smear of general purpose grease will aid assembly

9. Re-fit clamp ring and tighten to 9 Nm (6.6 lb.ft)

10. Refill tank and check for leaks

11. Check steering function and bleed system if necessary

12. Dispose of used filter and seal in an environmentally responsible manner
